To add clarity to the above post by @Paclo in case its unclear, what is being sought in respect of the massing is to remove the chamferring of the corners.

TFW the former engineer on the Investment Committee asked to have a look at the plans.

A few items:

Decision Notice by C of A approving the above application - dated Nov 20/21

SPA remains outstanding - NOAC has not been issued. Presumably the above C of A decision was required to permit processing.

Finally, I am given to understand the store closure has been deferred from February to September 2026. Given the absence of NOAC and that no permits have yet been filed, this makes sense.
