Ok.....PE made me look................no surprise here.........its just as gruesome as he suggests.
The only condo market right now in the City is the luxury space.
So....let's get this right, we've got an ugly design with more expressions on one facade than a typical KirKor....
We've got Zero Parking (fine, but not in luxury you don''t)

How can a total lack of retail on Yonge be acceptable? Can anyone educate me on requirements for this? This stretch of Yonge from St. Clair to Summerhill station needs more not less commercial especially with all the incoming towers/density.
