This is going to look like garbage truthfully, and the name leaves something to be desired. The site was previously a hotel... Why not name the new one after the old one to tastefully name it rather than "Joe".... ?

Clearly "George" too long to fit down the building, maybe if it were a few more storeys higher!

Good place for a hotel, like that.
