We'll only get beautiful buildings if consumers demand it. We don't so they keep doing what they've been doing. Agree that it's depressing but things are better than they were 10 years ago. I try to focus on that.

OPA & Rezoning Applications to seek additional heights from Tribunal approved 30-storey and 29-story to a 52-storey and 44-storey mixed-use building. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 93,208.36 square metres and a total of 1074 residential units. A total of 508 vehicle parking spaces will be provided on-site. Note, a paved access along the north property line will be provided, leading to 3 levels of below-grade parking. The application also proposes a Privately-Owned Publicly Accessible space and Parkland.
