I can't say for sure, but if I had to bet money on it, I would bet on Vibe in East Village and Plaza starting up soon.

Wonder when they will build on that strip mall across the street. Can’t be long I would think?

They just completely redid (modernized the exterior) the strip mall, and all businesses in it are new in the last couple years. Wouldn’t count on it.
