On the east side, that cladding will go up to the 17th floor, 18th floor will have a roof deck,
then there will be a partial wrap around balcony on the east side from 19th floor all the way up to the 77th floor, then curtain wall the rest of the way up.
The west side looks like it will be all curtain wall.

This and the development across the street are having a big canyon impact on Yonge when viewed from Yonge-Dundas and further south.
