I could see that as well - I know Marriott is looking for a potential relocation of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel (that was a former office that was converted to a hotel, so not purpose-built)...

Ideally, a marriott residence inn along with a full service mariott 200 room each. That would fill a need for a long stay suites (residence inn) and a full service lower scale than the JW. marriott likes to do multi-brand one building type of deals.

My wishful prediction: The return of the Cineplex that was part of the original ID proposal (before it became Bank District)

Realistically though I will guess 30-storey rental tower, construction starting summer 2027
