Yeah, I'm thinking about it more like a regular pleb, not someone in that tax bracket who is not as concerned about pure ROI.

Personally if I had that much cash (and still wanted to live in a condo), I think my ideal place would be The River in Mission.

Personally I'd rather see the second phase be low rise building (6 storeys) with retail. It would be nice to have a restaurant with patio in one of the yellow areas. We have an awesome river pathway system, but something that would make it better is a few more retail spots.

I doubt there's enough demand for Kenton and phase 2 at the same time in the same area of the city.
