The kitchens look nice, the view is incredible, but that seems overly pricey for sure.

Very pricey, but I suspect for people buying the $6 million suites money isn't so much an issue. People with that can of money have tons of options, but locations are limited. It's arguably one of the best locations going.

Yeah, I'm thinking about it more like a regular pleb, not someone in that tax bracket who is not as concerned about pure ROI.
Personally if I had that much cash (and still wanted to live in a condo), I think my ideal place would be The River in Mission.

The photos on the previous page from March 2023 don't show the decals I saw. So possibly more recent?
Maybe they are taking another run at this. With Calgary's high growth the past 3 years, maybe there are some fresh customers to sell to?

Street view shows they added the ribbon for tower 2 presale between 2023 and 2024. Hope it happens, need the other boot to complete the pair!

If the realtor is anything like Trump it's probably more of a concept of a launch.

Personally I'd rather see the second phase be low rise building (6 storeys) with retail. It would be nice to have a restaurant with patio in one of the yellow areas. We have an awesome river pathway system, but something that would make it better is a few more retail spots.

I doubt there's enough demand for Kenton and phase 2 at the same time in the same area of the city.
