If all those groundbreakings actually do come to pass in the first half of 2026, that will indeed be a crap ton of construction activity in East Village.... finally!!
As a random aside, it still bothers me that CMLC hasn't been bothered to finish the 9th Ave cycle track over all these years...

On the East Village Experice site that was linked to inthe CMLC email today they have the following:
Timing: Broke ground early 2026 with construction activity beginning in March. Anticipated completion in 2027.

Lots of good exciting development around EV. Good to see it progressing again. My only wish is that the interior parcels see some development.
