FAAS Architecture now. Looks pretty similar to the H-Go style developments we see in other inner-city neighbourhoods. Looks to have retail fronting 12th Ave though.

Only thing that sucks is the bylaw setback you can’t do anything with on the 12 Ave side.

Wow, the courtyard townhome instead of apartment trend has gone downtown. A interesting development trend... The financials behind these must be so good for them to be taking over like they are. Underground parking is honestly a bit of waste... So I get it. You're also not wasting energy heating a common space like a hallway.

Seems like an underutilization of that site! Still ok with allowing more sun to the patio across the street though.
