I live in a unit at the 80 Marine Parade Drive. I moved in when it was totally new in 2014. My heat pump had problems two years ago and I spent CAD1600 for a new coil. The heat pump had problems this July again and the technician told me it was leaking and needed to fix for around CAD1500 to CAD2000. Instead of repairing, i bought a new one reluctantly for CAD4500 plus tax. I thought it was a relief to have a new heat pump but now the heat pump is very noisy, it really bothers me. Can anyone tells me if this noise is normal??? Why I keep on having problems with the heat pump
