Well, Frank said he was inspired by hockey and ice on the AGO visor, maybe this is his ode to the olde hockey mullet (or 'haircape', as I prefer to call it). ...hmm, I guess he's got him looking north.

(Or perhaps a heated rivalry between this and One Bloor West? ).
