This one is turning out great IMO.
Relatedly, the quality of the West LRT is often overlooked as it's the weakest performer in ridership, mainly due to low density land uses near the stations and a relatively weak feeder bus network. Buildings like this will change how people in the are use transit. These 100 units are 10 minutes by LRT from 3rd Street Station at The Core. That would get residents to the centre of downtown faster than 90% of the people living the Beltline who would typically be walking there. It's also significantly faster than driving to the same area when parking is included, a rare example where transit is not just cost-competitive, it's time-competitive too.
The LRT is so efficient from this area to Downtown, crossing Bow Trail from this development to the platform is a materially significant delay in your community. 10 to 20% of your entire commute will be waiting for a single light to change at 26th Street SW!
