Looks like 640 Fifth conversion has started! Wouldn’t allow me to post to it for some reason
I'll create a calgary.skyrisecities.com thread for it. The system automatically creates a thread for every project, but is directly accessible from the main skyrisecities page.

It’s been underway since early December. Office conversions are hard to spot because a lot is done in the inside in preparation.
