Looks like a big pour on site today, lots of big cement trucks lined up on 11th currently.

drove past today, looked like the main floor raft pour is being prepped

Not to nit pick, but the main floor isn't a raft, it's likely a transfer slab. A raft slab is a foundation type used to spread the weight of a building over a larger area, usually due to weak soil conditions. A transfer slab is used when the loads above and below don't align, so you use a very thick floor to transfer those loads. A good example is the Kings of 4th site, they have what looks to be a 3-4m thick transfer slab on L3 where the columns above and below clearly don't align. :)

Does anyone have the structural drawings of this project? I have been very curious about the structural design of this building. Does anyone know if the large x beams are structural to the building or just aesthetics. I hope they will be. So they don’t just block the view.

That’s what excites the most about the project if they were structural. And hence unique and better floor plan use
