Metrolinx needs to shape up on the graffiti front. I'm sure Doug Ford has a "graffiti guy" who can clean that up for a "great price."
 
What they need to do on the graffitti front is to immediately, like within 24 hours, 'scribble' over it with just like messy lines. When then paint it clean, It's just wiping the slate clean to be re-graffittied immediately. If they 'scribble' over it then it just wrecks it for the vandals. I'd get a big can of red paint and just write TOY on every stupid tag. That or death squads. But this city probably doesn't have the stomach for that. ;)
