Have been to and through this station quite a bit and obviously there are people hanging around but can't say i've ever seen a carjacking or people being harassed. With another station further down Richmond it's difficult to get too bent out of shape over losing this one.

Yeah, I’ve gassed up a few times at that Petro Canada,, and walked by it many, many times. While it’s a sketchy corner, the worst that’ll happen to most people is to be approached for change while pumping.

I’m more eager to see that old auto service station and parking lot across the street redeveloped. It’s an eyesore and the very narrow sidewalk on Jarvis there is a hazard especially in winter.

One of the worst I've seen at that gas station was a homeless woman dropping her pants and peeing near one of the pumps. I felt bad because it didn't seem like she was all mentally there, and she obviously couldn't hold it any longer. But that was almost a decade ago now, not sure about now as I'm not in the area as much anymore.

Well, about 3 months ago, I saw a wheelchair bound homeless man start having penetrative intercourse with a female patron while seated next to the store entrance. It was the middle of the afternoon, so not much has changed.

Consider yourselves lucky that you're even getting this photo given how utterly depraved and dangerous this site can be. I was fortunate to escape unscathed from such peril.

This seemed like an odd partnership (and I share some thoughts that this is not all in store for the property) but low and behold, courtesy of google:

KFC has partnered with Petro-Canada, with KFC restaurants opening at selected Petro-Canada locations in Canada, offering customers the convenience of fueling up and grabbing a meal in one spot. This partnership started with a location in Markham, Ontario, with more locations planned to open in the region. The partnership aims to provide Canadians with more value and convenience by combining the convenience of gas and the appeal of KFC's "Finger Lickin' Good" chicken.

Trust me, consuming finger lickin chicken in any combination, while maneuvering through traffic along Jarvis (or anywhere) is not really recommended....
Of course @Paclo scoops me.

It wouldn't come up for me in the AIC with a straight-line search or an address search, but I pulled it with the application number.

For now, this is being process as condo, according to the Project Data Sheet, which means Inclusionary Zoning would apply; though the Planning Report sounds non-committal as tensure.

Elevator Ratio: 596 units to 5 elevators or 119 units per elevator.

Comments: For Arcadis, this isn't bad looking at all. But the unit sizes are too small, they need to come back with something more realistic
945sqft 3 bedroom unit is insane. My current place is a 2 bedroom of the same size and even that is a bit smaller than I would like.
