Hi KoopsYou are speaking for the people who are not into balconies... what about the thousands (millions?) who actually do like them?

Hi KoopsI think that is a market research question but have a feeling more people than not would forgo balconies in exchange for for more indoor space or other amenities like lush terraces. Just think of all the money spent on balconies going into shared spaces...just a thought.
Agreed, beautifully done. Which is why I said I wish all condos would have a similar style of minimalist balconies in Toronto, with a focus on extensive shared indoor or outdoor spaces/terraces/patios.This tower has one the least offensive balconies here...almost have to look to find 'em. And it isn't the tower's main fault by far, IMO.
Looks like trash. A mess of mullions and spandrel panels.
