The architect is active here, maybe they have some insight to a timeline? The area's population is growing; I'm surprised there isn't a way to get this across the finish line. But it isn't my money.

I would really like to see someone try something temporary and inexpensive to activate these types of lots in the interim. Pre-fab / shipping container style.

This project has been on hold as the developer has been dealing with some unforeseen family issues. However, we have been communicating continually and they are still committed to completing the project.
