Other than the 3 currently under construction, we'll be lucky if there is one more by then and that would be phase 2 of Forma.

As it stands there are three under construction, two are pending and one (19 Bloor West) that will hopefully never get built.

...to add, there are also two office towers proposed to reach the 300 m mark, but they will likely get built when pigs are able to fly. >.<
