Precedent here is two 14 story apartments on the same block, which predate all the nearby single family homes.

Shadow study shows very limited impact. Here are some of the only times those homes are impacted, no more than an hour according to the docs.

Unit sizes look okay:

Proposed height is 87.5m. 77.5m / 24 stories to top of residential floors.

Existing zoning permits 56m / 18 stories.

Site address will be in the ballpark of ~1950 N Sheridan Way.
