Not liking the metal aluminum panels that seem like an after thought. Building didn’t turn out as good as the rendering showed. I find the brick work a little sloppy and would have preferred a brighter white colour. Overall it’s not bad and has good form, just don’t think they executed it as good as it could have been. 7/10

@CT_ sent me the second photo and it took me a moment to realize it was Calgary!

Totally. EV gets a bad rap because of the DIC, but it has some nice pieces. I will make a bold prediction, and that these 3 projects that are starting soon will get EV over the hump. One more development built on one of the open lots and EV won’t ever look back.
