Portal/launch shaft update from yesterday:
Correct me if I'm wrong, but that looks like the innards of a TBM, so its installation might be underway. I posted a Q&A earlier that included that the TBM arrives in 150 pieces so it makes sense that it doesn't have it's cylinder shape yet if this is actually part of it.
