Wasn't there a trickle of some news about London finally finishing off their development too? The Car Wash and Bottle Depot District could really start to feel filled in.

Can anyone check if they're applied for a building permit?

They applied for and received a BP earlier this year...not sure why they haven't started construction yet.

Kinda weird looking but better than the last version from what I recall. I wonder what the Macleod facing side looks like? That blank wall on the left corner is distracting and bland.

Any news on the two additional towers for London? Those have been on and off for years

Seems very close to the existing tower on property beside. Sucks to be the people who had a view of the downtown skyline and now you’re looking at a wall. Will they even get much sun into their units anymore?

They’ve only allocated 5 visitor parking spaces and 2 accessible spaces for 225 units in a senior complex that likely has frequent visitors.

Horton Road itself is getting quite beat up from the additional construction traffic from the condos on corner of heritage and macleod going in. This is definitely going to put a lot more strain on road conditions there.

The drawing also has an area allocated for “future development”, so I suppose an additional tower as well. Wonder if they will add any additional visitor parking and how that will all tie in to the frequently used pedestrian sidewalk and overpass to LRT
