I think those are for light standards; it's this section, around the +15, that is shown and has no trees.

That first photo looks like they're already putting the furniture in place, and this isn't supposed to open until 2027. I did hope they could get it done in time for the 2026 tourist season but seems unlikely. With Olympic Plaza, Glenbow out of commission, we're missing some key cultural attractions downtown.
