BTW I did a deep dive on how 8 Elm could have come out of the Arcadia photocopy shop. Turns out a disgruntled junior architect with the firm hacked the 8 Elm presentation with the design/build we see ... client was thrilled of course. Junior architect has been disappeared. 🤔
 
I think the model needs to be rotated 90 degrees so that the towers are side by side on Dundas.
Personally, I think the models that Arcadis came up with need to put in the trash can, sent to the dump and incinerated.

But that's just me.
