The main and second levels of Rice Howard Place do feel much nicer and more modern now. While I liked the old stone and the colour, it was a bit dark before and was starting to feel dated.

So perhaps their new look will help improve their appeal to other potential tenants too.

Wood panels, sure, but these look like the cheapest of the cheap vinyl flooring with the photo texture repeating every 10 cm.
