Hi, considering it’s a 50 storey tower, and they are at floor 33/34 slab level and considering centre court never does interim occupancy( they directly do final closing)
What could be a reasonable closing/ occupancy month/year?

4 months to finish concrete/ remove crane. Puts a may/ June, plus 3 months for elevator/ mechanical commissioning. Probably the earliest for lower floors would be September.
 
Hi, considering current terrible price drop and condo market conditions
Is centrecourt( builder) doing something to help its buyers/ investors at this project?
I know they got blanket upraisal tie up with RBC. But are they doing anything else?? I tried emailing them but no reply.
I m sure not many people will be able to close.
