It was only 13 months ago that the drilling rigs showed up on site. This one seems to have gone up extremely fast to me.

Was it done mostly offsite? Wood construction, fairly standard unit layouts (targeting students), seems like that would make it a good building for that.

Today they started installing trim over those vertical gaps so at least it won't be toooo bad
