I think this development does a decent job to kickstart higher density at an excellent location. In my view, people are being too harsh, it’s not the type of project where luxury finishings are needed.

Let’s hope they plant some reasonable landscaping in the spring after the ground thaws. For the long term, this would make it much more appealing. Based on the renderings, there should be quite a bit of this installed.
 
Fully understanding it makes the foundation more complicated and expensive but we're not very good at accommodating even the slightest slope in the design of a parcel.
