Rode by here yesterday and it looks like demolition of a few of the existing homes on site has started. Sorry, no pics.
Houses are demolished, hopefully we’ll see some construction soon.

This must just be grading/site prep as the DP is still under review.

Going by the cluster of antenna on that nearby building, residents on the South side should be able to microwave dinner by holding it up to the window..

Some good news about this one, its the 6 storey apartment building proposed at 17th Av and 10 St NW in Mt Pleasant. Looks like construction start is imminent. Site cleared and steel piles delivered on site!
