Which crane is coming down first?
One Yonge or One Bloor.

March 2019 the first building was started.

April 2021 skytower underway.

For fun CIBC phase 2 just started.
Feb 2021 and is opening next month.

Maybe One Bloor is more comparable to the North Market for timing.
