I do hope this drainage work will be much quicker than the 4 or 5 years spent on drainage work for the downtown portion of the VLSE.

102ave is packed with utilities, while I dont think it will take 5 years, its not going to be easy by any stretch for marigold to do it in 2 or 3 years. ( unless it was mainly completed for vlse))

There has been some construction occurring on 102 Ave for the past few years. I assume these were for utility relocations in anticipation of the VLW.

Utilities are only going to take until the end of this year at most. Transed was just incompetent

I remember talk about a huge drain being installed along 102 Avenue as part of the Community Revitalization projects around Rogers Place. Has this been completed?

Same size by the looks of it. VLSE is 4 panels wide, and holds 2 buildings.
