It's a shame how Hamilton keeps getting these over valu-engineered projects that place no value in pride of place, neighbourhood integration or reasonable aesthetics.

Big progress at 60 Caledon major affordable housing site!

Building 1: sixth floor is being installed using comslab structural and concrete side for stairs/elevators
Building 2: third floor has been installed using the same material
Townhouses: first two buildings has been fully framed and third is underway with wood framing at second floor.
