60 Caledon Avenue: a proposed 6 & 6-storey market rate & affordable rental apartments and 5 x 3-storey rental townhouse blocks designed by McCallum Sather Architects for Victoria Park Community Homes (VPCH) and Kiwanis Non-Profit Homes on the west side of Caledon Avenue, north of Tyrone Drive and south of Mohawk Road West in Hamilton's Yeoville neighbourhood.

Big progress at 60 Caledon major affordable housing site!

Building 1: sixth floor is being installed using comslab structural and concrete side for stairs/elevators
Building 2: third floor has been installed using the same material
Townhouses: first two buildings has been fully framed and third is underway with wood framing at second floor.
