It's the name of the existing city street, to be clear. Even if the developer wanted to market it under a different name, they can't change the name of the city street. The city doesn't seem to be interested in changing street names. They recently decided to keep the Duke of York Boulevard name, on the grounds that it would be too disruptive for residents to have to update their ID and billing information.
