Good news team. I just rented out my condo again... so keep an eye out for property values to start picking up soon.

Oh really? So that was the case? Yes, this particular floor did require more time than the others, which you guys had accurately estimated at 1 to 2 weeks per floor. However, this one took around 3 weeks. That's good to know! Hopefully, they will now proceed with full effort! 🙌🏼💪🏼
