The height will happen but it will probably be a lot cheaper version of the building then what is being shown Love the brightness though hopefully that gets through the VE process

Looks ugly to me, though the render is really doing a lot of hefty lifting in what looks like a beige set of twins. I understand this'll be refined in the future, but I think there needs to be greater articulation in the massing and perhaps further setbacks, especially toward St. Nicholas.

Toronto desperately needs colour. Warmth. We need a wave of red brick, warm-toned buildings in our skyline. A whole wave of them to counteract the sea of grey and blue we have

Let me put old and new, side by side:

No change in unit totals or heights here.

I have to say, I think some of the unit sizes are problematic if they're thinking of taking this to market.

Some are good, but 3bdrm below 850ft2 and a few twos that are below 700ft2 will be trouble whether renting or selling.
