I would hope so! I’m quite interested what will happen during FIFA World Cup with projects, I hope there is no impact or slow down. I can’t find the article on UT on which road way projects will be accelerated to be complete before the start of the World Cup

Here is what Yonge Street might look like using @achandi's photo as a basis with George Street-style revitalization suggested by @isaidso.Yonge Street is shockingly dreary and depressing. Hopefully in 10-15 years when it's more fully built out they can bring our Main Street into the 21st century. Something similar to George Street in Sydney minus the streetcar tracks would be ideal. 2 lanes the whole way (no left hand turn lanes), proper paving stones, greenery, no overhead wiring, etc.
