More windows arriving today.
This is already happening - from Hunter St this morning:At this pace, you'll be able to see this from different parts of the city in a couple months or so - before it hits it's full height.
10 or 11 of 30 on the West Tower. East Tower is a bit behind the West one. What storey have they reached so far?
The cladding is *very* different than the render. Will have to wait and see if course but it seems far lower quality than the renders showed. Precast concrete panels with far fewer "grout lines".cladding!
I think he's just become a disliked developer so he just stays quiet. Not to mention the market isn't doing well, so I imagine they're on damage control right now trying to squeeze money from under construction developments and otherwise sitting on or disposing of other development properties. They allowed their properties on Cannon and Park St to go into receivership, so evidently not building that development. I suspect while Hamilton has still continued to see development of specifically rentals, we will likely see no new condos start in the next five years, and even rentals may hit their peak supply in the next couple of years until LRT is well under construction. You never ever hear from Brad Lamb anymore. No posts, no podcasts, no Web page updates. Hopefully this thing has all of the necessary financing.

I don't know how Lamb has fared in Toronto, but I know the market there is also at a standstill.
