Looks like EIFS panels, so I guess it could be classified as stucco.

I just don't walk by that site on the daily (and of course it isn't U/C)! In the renders Bluestone does look infinitely worse, plus Yellowstone is a bit more hidden rather being front and centre on a big street.

I'd go the long way around.

What the hell is up with the cladding? Are they going to have to clean the whole building after?

I’m guessing they just have to give it a bit of a spray down but they’re gonna have to do that quite often. I’ve noticed that those EIFS panels tend to get dirty after a while.

2000's designs in 2026. Calgary builds too many of these. Happy for the density, but the finishing material/designs have got to step up more. "The Lamb," in the background, looks much more appealing, and it was completed 10 years ago
