...just to note that there is a lot of behind the church scene steel form work going on. They appear to be rebuilding the church frame that once was the elder structure.

...it's why I despise renders that bask the subject matter in the warm glow of the twilight hours. It obscures the charcoal hues as darker cladding, as well as the as presents the lighter protruding business as warmer brassy/champagne tones. When that's all furthest from the truth in the waking hours when all is said and done.

No, the building being put up here is nearly identical to said render. That's not in dispute. Rather the render was being disingenuous how this would look when the developer planned to go with the VE'd option of not adding any real colour to this project all the long, IMO.

...to be fair, upon closer inspection the fins are slightly more beige tinted. But that doesn't leap out at you right away.

(And yeah, I do ramble on a bit when I want to. >.<)
