Looking at the crane height now, I wonder if they'd be able to assemble the last pieces with it or will bring in a derrick crane. Or the bump the crane one more time... time will tell.

True. When the condo market thaws, the remaining phases of One Yonge and Sugar Wharf will do the job nicely, but I wouldn't mind having developments of comparable scale west of the CN Tower.
