Looks awesome and I see the classic Slate (Brandon) tall + wide bay retail base. Hope something great is going in there.

Buca at the NW corner never really landed -- bad layout, good but not amazing food, and now closed for water damage

Arthurs at the NE corner was great but got killed by Covid I guess and the arabian fever dream curtain and gold extravaganza in there now is ridiculous

There's really room for a very good restaurant here

I was surprised how visible this was from Yonge and Bloor when I was there last week. A definite focal point for Yonge and St Clair.

Gets a participation award for the midtown skyline

But with the potential stuff around St Clair/Davisville and the continued intensification of Yonge Eglinton the skyline from this angle will look like one giant continuous one!
