There is an elevator (accessible from outside) that has been out of service for nearly a year.

It works from time to time. I used it a month ago. Even if it works it is in wrong place and invisible to those who do not know about it.

Seeing as Menkes is not capable of coming up with a coherently good design on this site, I wouldnt mind if it was cancelled.

I know the market, especially condos, is in the shitter, maybe even underneath the shitter, but the location alone should make this very attractive to prospective buyers, no? Conversely, DoFo looks to be barreling forward with jets and increased traffic at Billy Bishop. I don't know whether that eventuality is a net positive or negative for the lakefront-dwellers.
