Very common for buyers to join UT to keep up with what is happening to their building as well posting issues and asking questions how to deal with various issues.. There are owners from the first two towers here still today.

Since you are on the nineth floor, you will be one of the first batch of owners to move in next year.

Are you in the main tower or the short one? With the building at the 12 floor for the short tower with the 13th floor in place for the main tower. still have 37 floors plus the mechanical floors to go. That could be built in about 42 weeks depending on the weather and winds. This will take you into to late December for the tower to be built and by summer of 2027 for full move in. How the move in will be handle for the short tower, I have no idea as this is the first I have come across over the years.
When I reached out to the builder to clarify whether it is in the main tower or shorter tower, they didn't seem to understand my question.

Would ask this way I/we bought a unit on the nine floor of the smaller 12 story tower that is part of the 50 story tower and would like to know when we will be allow to move into our unit? Will it be this fall while the rest of the 50 story tower is being built or will it be after the 50 story tower is top off? The 50 story tower is currently at the 14th floor and it looks like it will be the end of 2026 that it will be top off with move in by summer of 2027 for the lower levels.

@GTAinquiry, owners in 12 story tower and 50 story tower for the first 12 floors. Your move in date will be June-Sept 2027 at this time. The 50 story tower will have three floors of machinal equipment on top of the 50th floor with completion February 2027 depending on weather and wind. As the tower gets taller, wind will play a major factor how fast a floor a week can take place. The south tower will be down either by the end of the month or early April.

While shooting the site today especially the westside, I realize the 12 story tower cannot open until the 53 floor tower is completed as that is where all machinal equipment will be at the very top to support both towers. Should have realize this when I last shot it a month ago. Did some checking to make sure I was right at what I was seeing and told I was correct. First time dealing with 2 towers like this one.

Most of the support walls are up for the 15th floor slab to be pour next week.

It will be interesting to see what commercial business will go into the ground floor for the 12 story tower as there will be no parking for them other than on Elm Dr.

More up on my site in 3 locations.

I wouldn't worry about it since Flickr has an issue these days deleting the links to my photos. Have raise this issue with Flickr along with a number of other ones that go back two decades. It not surprising to see other people shoot the same view or close to it of X since everyone shoots different as well look for that X shot.

That's what I was referring to. Because no way is that slab part there an office tower as this building is a residential to my understanding..

It was never to be an office building other than having commercial units at grade. Then that tower came about when the original land owner finally sold the land after the 2nd tower was being built that they couldn't fund the building they wanted to build since day one, The city refused the developer request to reduced the amount of parking spots to less than the 50% that was approved in the first place. The developer only wanted 40% of parking requirement than the 25% they wanted in the first place.

Requirement for office towers for MCC has been dead for decades with some towers having trouble finding tenants. The Exchange towers replace an outdated office tower that was less than 50% lease.

I get that...I was more curious about that stacked parking lot being built there to my horror. Thanks for clarifying that though. /bows
