they have to get through the underground floors first, which take longer. It'll probably top off sometime in 2027.

Last official news I heard was opening in fall 2027 so presumably topped off and windows in by early 2027.

There was a guy there flying a drone as well, who I spoke to for a bit. He was working for them doing drone shots. I'm guessing under contract.
