^^not entirely correct. the lot extends from 123st west to the alleyway. Alleyway west to 124st is commercial building with attendant parking and is not part of this; it's like saying the Mercury Block is on 124.

edit. strangely enough, while the Oliver CL was quite adamant that this lot be zone restricted to 6 stories, over on 121 st. the zoning allows mid and high rises. Current thought is 121st will be permanently closed from 102ave north to 104ave and turned into a linear park extending existing Paul Kane park.

Averton has been getting into the rental market with their Midtown project in St.Albert. It would be nice to see some family sized rental townhomes here.
 
Is Averton still looking at building a mid-rise here? Or have their plans been downgraded?

Having something like this line 96st in the Quarters is my wish. 96st is has the potential to be such a charming little district with the infrastructure and trees.
Yes, this looks quite nice in the picture at least and seems to be getting closer to the brownstones some developers have been talking about.
