I was feeling somewhat jealous and a little hedonistic by 11:00 am after the game this morning, so I took the opportunity to check out Square One today and take the following photos of Exchange District:

Currently there are 76 today shots up on my site with more to come when I get to them.
Did an MCC photo shoot and there maybe photos of areas not seen before. This posting will deal with areas not shot in the past. Don't when Tim's open, but was almost ready in February when I last shot. 2 Bedroom units are starting off at $2,750+ lease per month. Leasing s becoming the norm for a lot of condos towers as there are no buyers for them at this time an a way to recover money until a buyer can be found.
Green roof and raise the question: is there green roof on the towers?
Looks like an Art Museum will becoming to this area

These buildings are massive. I saw the posting for the second phase to the south on UT.
Any rumours out there on how many condo's were not closed on? Camrost was asking a pretty high PSF at one point - if I'm remembering correctly they even started giving people cars to keep their PSF prices artificially high.
Can't imagine they'd start phase 2 until phase 1 is cleaned up.
