Wilson District: Towers Up to 63 Storeys in Next Downsview Phase | UrbanToronto
Plans have been submitted for the Wilson District at Downsview, proposing 22 buildings rising to 63 storeys next to Wilson TTC station. The mixed-use community would deliver 9,529 homes alongside parks, retail, and community infrastructure within the larger YZD redevelopment.
