They know it's not getting built as is, so they're producing some fantasies to sweeten the pot and make themselves look much more competent than they actually are.

The tenure here is still listed a condo.......... but its better than that..........on the same height (58 storeys), they're now proposing jam 818 units into this building instead of 690. 787 condos, plus 31 replacement rental units on top.
Doesn't the layout on these corner units look brilliant?
7 elevators total, only 5 above the 12th floor.
Tower floor plate is ~755m2, deduct common space of at least 10%,, probably a bit more, divide that number by 15 units above.......and you realize these units would be tiny. The proposal is absurd.
